The product must be returned within 30 calendar days of its delivery date. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped product from our store, contact us immediately. Defective products and products you did not order but received qualify for a refund or store credit.

All products ship from our store in Meriden, CT. Orders placed before 1 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Fridays and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday..
