Brand new，A slight scratches caused by transport，without original packaging.
There were no operating instructions or maintenance or cleaning instructions.
This is for the handle only without retail packing, no charger or Brush heads included.
Three cleaning modes:
-Clean mode: full mouth cleaning (2 minutes)
-White mode: remove surface stains in the first 2 minutes, brighten and polish the front teeth after 30 seconds.
-Massage mode: gently stimulate the gums (2 minutes).
Two Program setting:
-Go Care mode: fast cleaning (one minute)
-Max Care gingival care mode: comprehensive oral cleanliness, and gentle cleaning of the problem area and gingiva line.
FlexCare Platinum allows you to choose 3 cleaning mode (clean, whitening or gingival health) and 3 strength settings (low, medium or high).
Special note：
Use guidance
1: when you brush your teeth, you can't move it too fast. You just need to touch your teeth gently and move slowly.
2: full charge-green lisght, charging-flash orange to green light,low power-orange light,if the handle no power, has to be fully charge for more than 24 hours.
3.The toothbrush and the charger had better keep dry.
4.regularly replace the rubber ring of waterproof seal. take off the brushhead after you use.
